The Cultivating a Conscious Board session is a focused, information rich training program that provides Board members with the latest legal, compliance, strategic, risk management and best practice processes in governance, as well as insights into enabling consciousness, strategic thinking, increased confidence and true value-adding from each Board member. This programme has been developed to include all best practice issues, all compliance issues, the collective wisdom of over 2000 Board members personally trained over the past three years, and practical tools and techniques that have been tested in Board rooms throughout Australia, New Zealand and Asia.

Techniques: Steven Bowman uses an array of techniques, including dynamic presentations, real life case studies, and small- and full-group discussions to fully engage the Board members in this workshop.

Electronic Library of Knowledge: In addition, the unique Electronic Library of Knowledge is available for Board members during the workshop session. This Electronic Library of Knowledge is over two decades worth of governance tools, policies, charters and procedures that can be provided on the day of the workshop for the Board if a particular issue arises that is not covered in the workshop notes.

Governance Action Plan: At the conclusion of the workshop, a Governance Action Plan is developed that the Board commits to achieving over established time periods. This is one of the most powerful and value-added processes of the workshop.
