Strategic Risk Management Review

~ How prepared is your organization, leadership team and Board to take advantage of risk?

~ Would you like to discover what it would take to perceive and manage risk as a strategic advantage that enables your organisation to undertake activities that others might not even imagine?

~ Are you, your Board and your organization aware of what the key risks are?

~ Do you have in place robust risk management strategies that add value to your organization? Would you like to know how to develop risk management as an easy, integrated and strategic process in your organization?

The Strategic Risk Management review is a process aimed at rapidly producing the required enterprise wide risk identification, risk ranking, treatment options and monitoring protocols and establishing best practice in risk management throughout the organization. One of the major benefits of this risk management review is the change of focus on risk as a compliance issue, to risk as strategic advantage.

Capacity will be built through the upskilling of the CEO, staff and the Board. This review will assist in more effective strategic planning via an increased understanding of the environmental factors potentially affecting the organisation, the strategies to address these environmental impacts, the development of action plans and contingency plans, and the development of formal reporting and accountability measures as part of the risk management process.

Once all programs are analysed and a comprehensive risk management library has been developed, risk management protocols for new projects, strategic directions, planning and reporting processes are developed that will embed risk management into organizational practice at the CEO, staff and Board levels.
